Cram The Cruiser coming to Cranbrook Friday

rcmplogoCranbrook RCMP is teaming up with the Real Canadian Superstore on Friday, December 16 to ‘Cram the Cruiser’ with non-perishable food items, toys, diapers and gift cards for the Cranbrook Food Bank.

Cranbrook RCMP will be in attendance from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with staff from the Superstore to fill an RCMP vehicle full of items needed at this time of year in the food bank.

“The food bank needs to fill Christmas hampers as well as their shelves to help carry them through the winter months. The Real Canadian Superstore and the RCMP want to raise awareness of the need for the food bank in our community and fill the police vehicle to capacity with donated items. Please help us help those less fortunate during their time of need,” said Cst. Katie Forgeron of Cranbrook RCMP.

“Please come down and meet us at the Real Canadian Superstore on Friday, December 16 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Let’s see how much Cranbrook cramming a police car can take,” she stated.
