Angel Flight East Kootenay is working on a three to five-year strategic plan and want to hear from regional residents.

Angel Flight East Kootenay is a fully volunteer run charity providing free air transportation to residents of the East Kootenay to medical appointments in Kelowna.

The brief survey will be open until October 17. and any responses received will be kept strictly confidential.
