PropertyGuys.Com East Kootenay have welcomed a new Property Marketing Associate in Cranbrook and Kimberley.

Born in Fernie and having graduated in Cranbrook, Ryan Wilhelm has always had a passion for real estate. Recently he has decided to pursue that passion here in the East Kootenay.

Throughout the past 10 years, Ryan has spent his time traveling the world for both business and pleasure purposes. Now with his beautiful wife and three-year-old son, he is happy to return home to Cranbrook and begin planting deep roots in what he considers the most amazing place on earth.

Ryan is a family man who enjoys the activities of the outdoors and is always eager to help and serve the people, and small businesses, in his community.
