Winter storm warning for Kootenay Pass
Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for Highway 3 from Paulson Summit (between Grand Forks and Castlegar) to Kootenay Pass.
“Persons in or near this area should be on the lookout for adverse weather conditions and take necessary safety precautions,” Environment Canada stated.
