City of Fernie welcomes new youth councillor
The City of Fernie this morning announced it is delighted to welcome Sasha Kelleher as council’s Youth Councillor appointment.
The Youth Councillor is a volunteer position created to raise youth awareness of local government activities and to bring a youth perspective to council matters and discussions.
Sasha has been appointed to a one-year term and will be attending regular council meetings. Congratulations Sasha!
