Fernie’s Nolan Mertz has been selected to the 2022 Basketball BC U15 Boys Provincial Team roster.

Fernie Secondary School student Mertz is a towering 6’4” player most recently with Fernie Elevate.

Selected players compete and showcase their talents at the National Championships and Canada Summer Games.

The 2022 provincial team schedule tentatively includes a formal training camp over four days, a pre-National Championship Competition and the National Championships (U15 and U17) or Canada Summer Games (U18 for the rescheduled Games).
