Toddlertime (Ages 0-2 years)
Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:15-11:45 a.m. Singing, simple stories and fingerplays for babies and their caregivers.
BOO! Storytime Halloween Potluck Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
Dress up yourself and your baby/preschooler and join us for an hour or stories, songs, a craft and fun! Please bring a simple potluck snack to share.

Stories, singing and fun for babies-preschoolers and the whole family too! Once a month drop-in on the main floor.

Are you new to town, a new grandparent or someone who wants to know more about what Fernie offers for families with children up to the age of five. Join Jodie Parker, coordinator of the Fernie Early Years, for a weekly drop-in and coffee and get connected to free services for families in Fernie. All are welcome.

Tea and Talk Book Club: Friday, October 27 at 1:30 p.m.
Copies of the current monthly book are available from the library.
Walkie Talkie Book Club Wednesday, October 11 at 10 a.m. (The Chemist by S. Meyer). An outdoor, walking book club. We will meet on the front steps of the library, walk along along the river path and chat as we go. Email [email protected] for further information.
Knit Clique
Drop-In Knitting, crocheting and any other yarny endeavour every Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the upstairs reference library. BYO project. Please enter through the back entrance.
Ukulele 101 for Seniors Friday, October 27 1:30 -2:30 p.m.
Register for this free, one-hour beginner workshop just for seniors. You can borrow a ukulele from the library during the workshop and keep it for two weeks to practice your new skills. Email [email protected] for further information or to register. Limited spots available.
