At approximately 12:10 a.m. on Sunday, June 16, the Kimberley Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire on Stemwinder Drive.

Firefighters found a fully involved fire at a duplex residence. Residents occupying one side of the duplex were outside and safe, while the other side of the duplex was vacant. There were no injuries reported.

Due to heavy fire throughout the interior of the structure, crews were unable to enter and fought the fire from the outside. The structure obtained extensive damage and an adjacent condo complex received minor damage.

Investigators are currently on scene and the cause remains unknown.
