The City of Kimberley is urging motorists to please obey all road speed signs within city limits. Please be extra cautious in school and playground zones, as school is now back in session.

Wildsight Apple Capture Program

The city would like to remind residents that unused fruit from your trees creates a wildlife attractant. Wildsight has equipment that you can use to pick, juice, sauce and dry your harvest, or to prune your trees. If you have fruit that you are not planning to use, the tree share board can set you up with someone to come and pick them for you. Visit the Wildsight website for more information on how to sign up.

The Kimberley Transit System provides a weekday commuter service, making it easier and more convenient for Kimberley residents to get to Cranbrook for work or school. The KC commuter service will run Monday through Friday, arriving in Cranbrook between 8:10 and 8:20 a.m., and leaving for Kimberley in the evenings between 4:40 and 4:50 p.m. For more information about schedule and route, please visit bctransit.com/Kimberley.
