Downtown Invermere was abuzz with several thousand people mingling, eating, shopping and playing July 22 during the 30th annual Valley Appreciation Day festivities.

From the Service Club Pancake Breakfast to a plethora of fun for the kids, live entertainment, farmers’ and artists’ wares aplenty to lots of tasty treats and more, the carnival atmosphere and beautiful summer weather made for an awesome day.
