The Annual Fall Book Sale of the Friends of the Cranbrook Public Library and the Sunrise Rotary Club will be at the Tembec Gym, 220 Cranbrook St. N. Dates and times are as follows:

Sept. 26 –   Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Members only. Membership can be purchased at the door for $10.

General Public:

Sept. 27  Thursday   9:30 AM – 9 PM

Sept. 28  Friday   9:30 AM – 6 PM

Sept. 29  Sat.      9:30 AM – 6 PM

Sept. 30  Sunday 9:30 AM – 1 PM    Bag Sale:

Bring your Friends/Library bag from last year and fill it up   $4

OR

Purchase a Friends/Library bag and fill it up for $5

No other bags can be used.

And you can also bring in donations for this sale by dropping them off at the front circulation desk at the Cranbrook Public Library at any time. We accept items in good condition. These include books for all ages, videos, DVDs, CDs, records, books-on-tape or cassette. We accept  textbooks, if published within the last 10 years.  At this time we can’t take encyclopedia sets or National Geographic Magazines as they do not sell. The profits from this sale are split evenly between the two non-profit groups. The Friends of the Library uses their portion to purchase new reading material for the Library. The Sunrise Rotary Club supports numerous projects in this community.

The majority of the books remaining at the end of the sale will be shipped to Better World Books and sold on the internet for continued revenue.
