Part of Cranbrook Street to be closed Monday
Northbound Cranbrook Street will be partially closed between Baker Street and 1st Street N on Monday, November 9, to accommodate crane operations at 920 Baker Street.
The northbound closure will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. while contractors install new HVAC units at the site.
Cranbrook Street will return to two lanes in either direction after the partial closure ends.
Drivers should plan to use an alternate route such as Kootenay Street N or 9th Avenue N to detour around the work site on Monday.
Anyone travelling near the work area, including southbound traffic on Cranbrook Street, is reminded to slow down, watch for roadside workers, and obey all posted signs and directions.
The city appreciates the patience and understanding of drivers, residents, and businesses in the area while this work is completed.
