So long to one of our greatest
Paul Kershaw (PK) was one who dared to dream the impossible dream.
Key City Theatre was conceived by a handful of visionaries who knew that the arts were a huge part of our identity as a community. They came together and dared to dream, and then worked to make that dream a reality.
We owe our existence to those dreamers. For more than 30 years Key City Theatre was enriched by the varied and beautiful works of PK’s productions. Hundreds of local performers worked under PK’s direction, and thousands of patrons enjoyed the fine works he created.
And now we must say so long to one of our greatest, Paul Kershaw.
We are sad that Paul has taken his final curtain call but are celebrating all that he gave to our theatre and community with his extraordinary creativity, tenacity and vision. An educator, director, community leader and wise mentor, Paul leaves all of us much richer for having known him.
May his memory spark courage in all of us to fearlessly follow our dreams.
