Such sights to behold at the 25th annual Open Garden Day
The Cranbrook Garden Club staged its 25th annual Open Garden Day on Sunday, July 9 and the passion and artistry of gardening and property design remains something special in the Key City.
Six city and area gardens were featured, ranging from Melissa and Rock Leduc’s rock garden supreme near Lumberton, Doug Lowes’ stunning Weeks Road property, Jenny and David Humphrey’s time-woven backyard oasis, Tim Benson and Eric Fisher’s 2nd Street S haven, Mike Graziano’s 4th St. N vegetable garden extreme and the extensive Public Produce Garden on 18th Ave. N.
By all accounts attendance was up this year, with the spectacular summer weather providing encouragement (as well as beautiful light for photos).
Please take our video tour of this year’s Open Garden Day.
