The City of Cranbrook has closed the playground structure at Erik McKinnon Park to all public use for safety reasons, as it works to replace the broken slide.

Erik McKinnon Park is on 8^th Street North next to the Cranbrook Community Garden.

The remainder of the park green space, the basketball court and the swings will be accessible.

The city expects the playground structure will be closed through the weekend until early next week.
