Elk Valley Resources (EVR) announced Feb. 20 that members of International Union of Operating Engineers local 115, representing 619 workers at EVR’s Line Creek Operations, have ratified a new five-year collective agreement, replacing one that expired on May 31, 2024.

“We are pleased to have reached a collective agreement that is fair to employees and supports the continued success of Line Creek Operations,” stated Shane Green, General Manager, Line Creek Operations.
