JCI Kootenay excellence continues
What a weekend for JCI Kootenay!
JCI Kootenay members spent May 29-31 at the JCI BC/Yukon Regional Conference at Blue Lake Camp, connecting with members from across Western Canada and beyond while developing leadership skills, building friendships, and celebrating achievements.
We’re proud to share that JCI Kootenay was nominated for five regional awards and brought home three:
- Chapter of the Year;
- Member of the Year – Daniel Crema;
- Project of the Year – 30 Under 30.
Congratulations as well to Shane Nickel-Thibodeau, who won the BC/Yukon Effective Speaking Competition and will represent our chapter and region at the JCI Canada National Convention in Montreal this September.
These awards belong to every member who volunteers their time, shares their talents, supports our projects, and believes in creating positive change in our community.
Thank you to our members, partners, sponsors, and supporters for helping make this possible. We are excited to keep building momentum and serving the East Kootenay.
