Area F gathering in Windermere June 18
Residents of Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) Electoral Area F are encouraged to attend an Information Night and Volunteer of the Year Celebration this Thursday, June 18, at 7 p.m. at the Windermere Community Hall.
Information updates on the agenda include:
Short-term Rental Process Changes;
The Rural Transfer Station Optimization Project;
The Five-Year Financial Plan.
The evening will begin with Area F Director Susan Clovechok recognizing the Area F Volunteer of the Year, Raylene Oram, then sharing a report, followed by RDEK staff providing updates on the above items.
After the formal portion of the evening concludes, we will break into an open-house format featuring a variety of stations dedicated to specific projects and services, including utilities, FireSmart, and emergency management.
