Edgewater Broadband Project consent to begin
The team from Cyprus Land Services will be in Edgewater starting Monday, August 24 as work continues on the Edgewater Broadband Project.
Through the project, homes and businesses will have the opportunity to connect to the fibre optic network. Prior to the installation and connection, permissions are required from eligible property owners.
The Cyprus Land Services team will be doing door knocking between approximately 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to obtain these required consents from eligible property owners.
The deadline to provide consent for fibre drops to the home is September 13.
It is important for eligible property owners to act now as the installation with this phase of the project will be done at no cost to the property owner; however, future installations may be at the owner’s expense.
