Silver anniversary for Show & Shine
It’s been a quarter of a century since downtown Radium Hot Springs and the highways leading into the village were brought to colourful, character-filled life thanks to classic vehicles and their often-eccentric owners.
This weekend marks the 25th Anniversary of the Columbia Valley Classic’s Autumn Show & Shine.
Registration opens on Friday, September 19 from 7-9 p.m. at the Radium Hot Springs Community Hall.
The Show & Shine runs Saturday September 20 at the Springs Driving Range, followed by the parade.
Downtown Radium will once again remain an anchor of activity bolstering the show, with the third annual Rockin’ on Main taking place Friday, Sept. 19 from 4-8 p.m.
Featuring musical act 60 Hertz, the event is sponsored by Radium Esso.
And on Saturday, September 20 from 12-4 p.m. father and son duo Marty & Eli will be performing, this event sponsored by Big Horn Meadows Resort.
