She was born in Fort Macleod, Alberta on February 12, 1963, to Len and Teena Butcher. Shortly after she was born her family moved to Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Her family lived there until 1972 when they moved once more to Cranbrook, B.C.

Pamela worked as a housekeeper at the hospital and a Personal Care Assistant for home care.

She enjoyed her grand kids, entertaining friends, the outdoors, and dogs.

She is predeceased by her parents, Len and Teena Butcher, and her brothers Dale Butcher and Brian Butcher. She is survived by her daughter, Dallas Robinson (Owen Nichols), sister, Melanie Walsh (Gord), grand kids, Aiden, Ashton and Khade and many nieces and nephews.
