Join the Fernie Museum for a journey through the lives and deaths of the St. Margaret’s Cemetery: from victims of disease and catastrophe to restless spirits, criminal entrepreneurs and hardworking immigrants who are too often left out of our town’s narrative.
Tours depart from the gates of St. Margaret’s Cemetery at 1 PM Saturdays and Sundays, September 26th to November 1st 2026. Approximate duration 1 hour.
Terrain can be uneven, wet, or slippery- warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy walking shoes are recommended.
Cost: $15 per person, Fernie Museum members free! Payable at the Fernie Museum front desk or in cash on the day.
