Please join the City of Fernie to show your support and appreciation to Mr. Pat Gilmar as this year’s recipient of the George Majic Spiritus Award.

His efforts although known, go largely unsung as the “man behind the scenes” at numerous community events, and volunteering countless hours towards trail building and mapping of mountain bike and ski trails in our area. He is also a director with the Fernie Trails Alliance (pictured above building trail at Montane, Fernie).

The award presentation ceremony will be held on Monday, December 14, upstairs at City Hall, (501-3rd Avenue) at 6 p.m.
