Cranbrook Pro Rodeo August 17-19
The Cranbrook Pro Rodeo returns to the Wycliffe Exhibition Grounds August 17-19.
This year marks the 32nd annual rodeo. The event continues to be a popular stop on the Canadian Professional Rodeo Association roster.
This year promises to be as exciting as ever with three action-packed performances featuring top cowboys and cowgirls from all over North America.
Events include: saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, ladies barrel racing and bull riding.
Each day will feature thrilling performances by trick rider Shelby Cummings (pictured below right).
Friday and Saturday action runs 6:30 to 9 p.m. and Sunday is from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
Special Saturday evening is the Businessmen’s Cow Milking competition.

And concluding the action on August 18 is the annual Cranbrook Pro Rodeo Dance.
Come out and enjoy live music! Entry into the dance is $10 or $5 with a Saturday rodeo ticket.
