“We all know someone who has had to wait too long to receive an MRI exam. The addition of the new permanent MRI will have such a tremendous impact on healthcare for all residents of the East Kootenay. We are excited to be able to offer to match individual’s donations to the MRI to turn $10,000 into $20,000 this holiday season,” said Chris Thom, owner at Rocky Mountain Collision.

Rocky Mountain Collision has been a long-time supporter of health care in the East Kootenay. Since 2005 the RMD has contributed over $85,000 towards improving health care for all residents of the East Kootenay.

“Rocky Mountain Collision has been such an amazing supporter of improving healthcare throughout the East Kootenay! We are thrilled they are challenging the community to come together for the Starlite Campaign for the MRI by generously offering to match donations up to $10,000. We encourage everyone to visit www.rockymountaincollision.ca and double their donation today,” said Cassandra Schwarz, Executive Director EKFH.

To light a large star is $5000 and a small star is $2,500. All donations of every size make a huge difference and will accumulate to light a “community star” to help us reach our goal.
