BC Liberals will review PNP says candidate Clovechok

The BC Liberals recently announced that if elected a BC Liberal government will work with the federal government to explore options to improve the Provincial Nominee program (PNP).

“The Provincial Nominee program is incredibly important for helping businesses across Columbia River-Revelstoke find the workers they need,” said Doug Clovechok, BC Liberal incumbent candidate for Columbia River-Revelstoke.

“We know that the program needs updating, which is why we will work with the federal government to improve the program. Under the BC Liberals the Provincial Nominee program will be faster, more efficient, and more effective, making life easier for the individuals and businesses who depend on it,” he said.

“This commitment adds to a comprehensive package of supports for local businesses proposed by the BC Liberals, including elimination of the PST for a year, permanent elimination of the Small Business Income Tax, and a guaranteed loan program for tourism and hospitality businesses.”
