Cost of production workshops upcoming
The Basin Business Advisors is hosting two ‘Cost of Production for Beef & Vegetable Producers workshops’ in Cranbrook and Invermere on November 13 and 14
Are you looking to improve the efficiency and profitability of your farm business? This half-day workshop is aimed at helping you develop tools and production costing skills for various crops and livestock.
Andrea Gunner, P.Ag. facilitates this series of Cost of Production workshops designed specifically for vegetable and meat producers in the Columbia Basin.
Andrea is a respected Agrologist and farm operator with over 25 year’s experience in business planning, agricultural marketing and agricultural economics. Each workshop will be tailored to the location where it is held and the types of farms participants are operating.
Cranbrook: (Cost of Production – Meat Producers) Wednesday, November 13, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Ground Floor Co-Working Space (131 7 Avenue South).
Invermere: (Cost of Production – Vegetable and / or Meat Producers) Thursday, November 14, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Lake Windermere District Lions Hall (651 Highway 93/95).
Optional one-to-one follow up with the consultant will be available to a limited number of participants.
There is no cost to attend but space is limited and pre-registration is required.
