Local ruggers capture provincial title
The Rocky Mountain Rogues captured the third division B.C. championship defeating the Vernon Jackals in a hard fought 18-10 victory Sunday, Sept. 9 to win the Saratoga Cup emblematic of third division rugby supremacy in B.C.
The Rogues earned a berth in finals with a 57-10 trampling of the Terrace Northmen, the 2017 champions, Saturday in Penticton.
