Perry Creek fire under control
The BC Wildfire Service this morning (July 22) reports the small wildfire near Old Town in the Perry Creek drainage is under control.
The fire, which grew to about one-tenth of a hectare, was believed to be human-caused.
No other fires are reported in the East Kootenay at this time.
