GearHub has opened a rentals-focused second location in Fernie called GearHub Adventure Rentals. Adventure Rentals is operating out of Fernie Stanford Hotel, following GearHub’s acquisition and re-branding of the previously operating SnowPro Rentals.

“We’ve seen a huge demand for rentals at our downtown location, and we’re excited to expand our offerings with Adventure Rentals,” said GearHub co-owner and manager Mark Hall.

Conveniently located halfway between downtown Fernie and Fernie Alpine Resort, at the intersection to Mount Fernie Provincial Park, Adventure Rentals will provide visitors and locals alike with a convenient place to gear up for a day of outdoor activities.

“People come to Fernie to experience the outdoors,” said Hall. “We want to give them the tools they need for a great time outside.”

In the summer months, GearHub Adventure Rentals will rent out mountain bikes (both all-mountain and downhill), stand up paddleboards, river rafts, and more.
