The City of Kimberley will be hosting Canada Day events in the Platzl on July 1, from 1 – 4 p.m.

Join in for a family dance party with DJ Indawoods and a drumming circle hosted by Ktunaxa drumming group, Numa Ka’kin.

The Kimberley Fire Department will be on hand showing off the ladder truck and handing out free cupcakes.

The Spark Youth Centre will be painting faces by donation.

There will also be a family/team photo scavenger hunt taking you to some of the coolest spots downtown. Participants will be entered to win a one-year family pass to the Kimberley Aquatic Centre and other prizes!
