Investigation leads to charges after vehicle broken into

On November 20, items were stolen from a vehicle in the Forest Crowne area of Kimberley.

The items stolen included a wallet with debit and credit cards, which were used shortly afterward in the Cranbrook area.

The investigation has identified a male who is well known to police and criminal code charges are being recommended against this individual.

The Kimberley RCMP remind citizens to lock their vehicles and keep their valuables safely secured.
