Mark your calendars for the 2026 Fernie Business Excellence Awards (BEAs), happening October 15 at Cirque Restaurant & Bar – and get ready to show some love, because nominations are officially open!

Public nominations are open until Sunday, August 23 at 11:59 p.m.

Nominating is easy, and one of the best ways to recognize the incredible individuals and organizations that make our community so strong.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a Fernie Chamber member (or affiliated);

Must operate in the Elk Valley;

Must meet award criteria;

Must be established for two+ years (except New Business of the Year);

Maximum of 2 category nominations per nominee;

Previous winners are not eligible to win the same category two years in a row.
