Sidewalk Encroachment Agreement
District of Invermere council February 26 approved a one-year encroachment agreement for Jurassic Gems located at the Right-of-Way adjacent to the CIBC.

Bill Swan presented the outcomes of Community Composting Feasibility Analysis and requested a Committee-of-the-Whole meeting for further discussion.
Hospice Society of the Columbia Valley
Maria Kliavkoff presented goals of the society as well request for financial and letter of support. Council deferred for further thought and information to be discussed at a future Committee of the Whole meeting.
Royal Canadian Legion
Request for support for 2013 Military Service Recognition Book was approved for $265.

Council adopted the following bylaws:
– Water Utility User Rates Amendment Bylaw No. 1462
– Parks and Facilities Regulation Amendment Bylaw No. 1455
– Cemeteries Operation and Regulation Amendment Bylaw No. 1465
