The Committee to Secure Emergency Communications Facilities in Kootenay National Park (KNP) is pleased to announce that Parks Canada has installed four emergency satellite phones in the park.

The satellite phones are all operational and located at Marble Canyon, Simpson River, Kootenay River and Kootenay Crossing.
