Cranbrook and area residents are blessed with an abundance of excellent and readily accessible trails which provide us with almost unlimited outdoor recreation opportunities. Unfortunately, a few inconsiderate bike riders insist on riding the trails during the spring melt which causes considerable and lasting damage.

Is it too much to ask bike riders to wait a few weeks to allow the trails to dry up to prevent damage and preserve the integrity of the trails?
