Joseph Creek outbreak declared over

Interior Health has declared the COVID-19 outbreak over at Joseph Creek Village long-term care in Cranbrook.

A total of nine residents and six staff became infected and two deaths were connected to the outbreak.

Four outbreaks remain on the books in Interior Health.

Cottonwoods Care Centre long-term care in Kelowna has 65 cases: 50 residents and 15 staff, with 12 deaths connected to the outbreak.

Overlander Long-Term Care in Kamloops has 28 cases: 21 residents and seven staff, with five deaths connected to the outbreak.

Village by the Station long-term care in Penticton has 33 cases: 19 residents and 14 staff, with three deaths connected to the outbreak.

Haven Hill Care Centre long-term care in Penticton has nine cases: seven residents and two staff, with one death connected to the outbreak.
