Plant Propagation Workshop with CFAC Oct. 28
Wildsight Kimberley Cranbrook and Cranbrook Food Action Committee (CFAC) are proud to co-host an upcoming workshop on plant and shrub propagation. The workshop will take place on Saturday, October 28 at the Cranbrook Public Produce Garden in Eric MacKinnon Park, 6th Avenue & 18th Street North Cranbrook, from 2-4 p.m.
Registration is available at $20/person.
Participants will learn a multitude of propagation techniques for expanding their own garden and sharing plants with their community. This session will focus on edible varieties, but techniques can be applied to ornamental plants as well.
The workshop will be delivered by Mark Casey. Mark is the owner and head grower of Casey’s Greenhouses and has been a professional grower for 27 years.
Those who wish to attend can register online through Wildsight’s Events Page: www.wildsight.ca/events.
